General information
Dogs do not learn in stressful situations so it is important that your dog will be comfortable in the company of other dogs, and people, during a class environment. We will advise if we don’t feel the class environment is right for your dog, and offer a alternative.
If you think your dog may find a class situation stressful, the you may be more suited to a 1-2-1 Home Training session, where your dog can be trained in familiar surroundings.
If you knowingly have a dog that is not happy to be in the company of other dogs,( barking and lunging at other dogs) and you book onto one of our courses, and your dog is reactive in class, then you will be asked to leave the class, and no refund will be given.
Children attending our classes, aged under 16 years, must be supervised by a responsible adult.
